• Hotels are booked once we have received the booking amount
• Base category room is booked at all places
• The room category may be higher if there is an extra adult
• Above mentioned hotels can be changed if there is no availability
• In case of unavailability or room bounce or excess booking, a similar category hotel will be provided
• If you are not able to reach Havelock / Neil because of bad weather, a transit stay will be provided which might not be of a similar category
• If you are not able to reach Port Blair from Havelock / Neil because of bad weather, a transit stay will be provided which may or may not be of a similar category

1. The booking period is open till May 2024
2. The travel period is from 1st September 2023 till 31st July 2024
3. Any kind of peak season hotel surcharges are not included
4. ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking
5. A PAN card is not acceptable as an ID proof
6. The booking amount is mandatory at the time of booking

Booking Amount is 35% of the total package cost

1. The Balance amount needs to be cleared on or before 45 days of departure
2. If the client fails to pay the balance amount then the booking shall be deemed to be the cancelled and the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same
3. If you are booking the package less than 45 days before departure then you have to pay the total package cost
4. 5% GST is not included
5. Payment is accepted in the forms of Bank Transfer, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS, UPI

• Booking amount is non refundable if the booking is cancelled on or before 45 days to departure
• If cancelled between 45 – 30 days to departure: Only 50% is refunded of total tour cost
• If cancelled between 29-11 days to departure: Only 25% is refunded of total tour cost
• If cancelled between 0 – 10 days to departure: Zero refund of total tour cost
